My husband and I visited a small California winery where every time the sales person poured us a sample of wine, she poured twice that amount for herself and "threw it back." Obviously, she hadn't read your advice, but she enjoyed her work!

My bias is revealed in my web site and email address. I have to salute you on your approach to solving a larger problem while adding a new level of enjoyment to life.

Imagine what would be possible if more people sat down, had conversation, enjoyed food and wine as you suggest.

I often wonder what has happened to the expectations of taste and once it has gone off the edge, how is it reclaimed?
